Is ATHENA multi-tenant safe?+
Yes. Every tenant is logically isolated. No tenant can see another tenant's data, V-Reps, knowledge base, team, or ledger. Isolation is enforced at the data layer, not just the UI.
Where is payment data stored?+
Not in ATHENA. Billing is Stripe-backed, which keeps raw card data out of ATHENA entirely and reduces your PCI scope. We never handle card numbers.
How are PII and PHI handled?+
Redaction runs at ingestion on every Voice and Email V-Rep. PHI masking is part of the standard pipeline. HIPAA-aligned posture is included in the wallet rate, not a paywalled tier the way competitors structure it.
Can we get a full audit trail?+
Yes. Every call, email, chat, webhook, and wallet event is logged and exportable as CSV. Pipe it into your SIEM or GRC tooling. Nothing is opaque.
Who can access what?+
Four role tiers: Owner, Org Admin, Member, Viewer. Invite by email. Access is scoped per workspace and per role, so an operator never has more reach than the role requires.
Can we keep our own carriers or numbers?+
Yes. Telnyx, Vonage, and Twilio across US, CA, UK, and AU, plus SIP import. No vendor lock on telephony, and no forced number migration.
