The founding team spent close to two decades running healthcare systems, financial institutions, and enterprise contact centers, managing hundreds of live agents and carrying customer success organizations through nine-figure exits.
The gap we kept hitting
The technology was never the problem. We watched brilliant AI get wrapped in fragile infrastructure: no compliance, no governance, no real understanding of how a regulated operation actually runs. It demoed well and broke in production, which is exactly where a regulated business cannot afford it to.
The platform we wished existed
So we built it. ConnexŪS Ai is the operating company. ATHENA is the product, a multi-channel V-Rep platform designed from day one for the industries where failure is not an option. We built it under Visium, and we made Visium IR the first tenant, because we will not sell an operation we are not willing to run ourselves.
Where it stands
ATHENA runs Visium investor relations in production today, on Voice and Email, configured in the console with no engineering team. Go iPower runs first-line triage on it across regulated verticals. The thesis has not moved since the trenches: unified not fragmented, sovereign not shared, operational not experimental.
